Online Designer uses templates that are built outside of the application in either Adobe Photoshop (preferred) or Adobe InDesign. This article will cover how to import a template into the Online Designer.
Importing a Template into the Online Designer:
Navigate to Ecommerce Admin Panel > Merchandise > Products.
Select the Product.
Select the Images and Art tab.
Set the product image to customizable.
Open the Online Designer.
Enter a name for the template.
Click Upload Template.
Drag the template to upload or select choose a file to select a file.
NOTE: Template files must be IDML or PSD format.
