Error when attempting to add notes in Production Terminal:

Could not add your notes at this time.

Line item does not have the variable LineItemProductionNotes.

1. Log into Control.
2. Click the Setup menu at the top and select System Setup.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the navigation bar and click Production Terminal Options.
4. Click Edit.
5. In the field “Select the variable used to display the Line Item Notes:”, select InternalNotes.
6. Click Save.
7. Re-start IIS*

• If you are not familiar with how to re-start IIS, simply re-start the server that Control and Production Terminal is installed on.
