As of Control 04.60.1205.xxxx, you can configure Control to automatically post daily, monthly, and/or yearly close outs.

To access the feature, click Setup > Accounting Setup > Close Out Options. Then, select the accounting period to automatically close.

When Control detects a close out is needed, it will automatically create one for the appropriate date and time.

• For daily close out, the close out will posted for 11:59PM of the prior day.
• For monthly close out, the close out will posted for 11:59PM of the last day of the prior month.
• For yearly close out, the close out will posted for 11:59PM of the last day of the prior year.
