No Response from SSLIP when creating IDs

The root cause of the issue is undetermined. However, this error appears to happen when the SSLIP is frozen or “locked up”. Typically Control logs the error on Control_ErrorLog.txt however there typically is not a entry in the SSLIP_ErrorLog.txt. At the time of the error, users that are not already logged into Control typically cannot log in.

1. Changes were released in 5.60.1506.1801 to allow Control to recover from this error without requiring a re-start of the SSLIP.

1. Right Click on the SSLIP icon (if it is responding) and click “Reset Listener”. This option is available in version 5.5.1504.2301 or later.

1. Re-start the SSLIP.
