The company’s Artwork tab is displayed when Artwork Approval is enabled in Control. The tab is used to set (optional) defaults for the different Named Roles in the artwork process. The Named Roles set on the company record will be the default Named Roles for all orders for that company.

The company artwork tab contains the following fields:

  • Designer. This field is used to specify the main internal contact (Designer, Project Manager, CSR, etc…) for this customer. The user can select from a drop-down list of active employees. If the current designer is not an active employee, she or he should still show up in the list.
    • The employee selected as the Designer will receive notification emails as statuses are changed and comments are added to Artwork Groups.
    • This is not a required field.
  • Approver. This field is used to specify the default customer Approver for new orders. The user can select from a drop-down containing a list of active customer contacts.
    • This is not a required field.
