Save files to local drive on a Mac
To save a file from your Control Cloud Folders (Documents or ReportExport), please follow these steps:
Note: File sharing will need to be turned on in Settings / File Sharing.
- Open Documents Folder or ReportExport Folder in the Cloud.Cyrious.com dashboard.
- Press Ctrl + Click on the file you want to copy to your local drive and choose Copy.
- Click the dropdown in the address field.
- Click Documents. If it doesn't show, type Documents and press Enter.
- Click the This PC dropdown in the address bar and select the home on
- Navigate to the folder you would like to save the file to.
- Press Ctrl + Click and choose Paste to copy the file to your local drive.
