The Cyrious Cloud Connector requires a company identifier (aka Cloud RootPath) to identify your company so that you can access any cloudapps that you wish to use for your business. If you do not know your rootpath then you can obtain it through any of the following methods.

The Cloud RootPath is unique to your business, you may request a change of your RootPath if the requested RootPath has not previously been taken by another business.

  • Log into with your login and password.
    • The Cloud RootPath will be listed under the “Your System Details” section on the left side of the screen.
  • Contact Cyrious Technical Support to request or change your Cloud RootPath, support:Telephone Support Information for contact information.
