1. Part Usage Card Changes
    • For usage cards not clocked into an order, costs are immediately expensed.
    • For usage cards clocked into line items but not parts, costs are accrued while the order is in WIP and Built.
    • For usage cards clocked into an order but not a line item, costs are accrued while the order is in WIP and Built.
    • For usage cards clocked into an estimate, costs are immediately expensed.
  2. Progress Billing is now implemented in costs.
  3. Added a field to the GL to indicate whether an entry is from an order, payment, etc.
  4. Vendors now have the option to require a reason when being edited.
  5. GL Entries are created even when not clocking on a part.
  6. Cost report shows usage cards not clocked into a part.
  7. Recurring Orders
    • Added a start date.
    • Now displays a message with the period for which recurring orders were created (i.e., monthly).
    • Added Start Date, End Date, and Recurring to the Advanced Explorer for Recurring Orders.
    • Added Start Date, End Date, and Recurring to the Column Chooser for Recurring Orders.
  8. Adjust Part Inventory screen is color coded to help see what to replenish.

    • Company Link UDF's now work in UDF Designer Forms.
    • Payment button is enabled even when the balance is $0.
    • Product triggers for orders now work for Recurring Orders.

These changes should be backwards compatible with the previous version of Control
