Using the Production CloudApp (PrCA) to clock in and out of a Job is another easy task. You can get to the Job you are looking for by either clicking on the Search icon at the top and typing in the Order/Job number you are looking for or by clicking on the Job Boards icon and then going into a board to find your Job. Below are some instructions to follow after you've gotten to the Job you are looking for.

Note: Jobs will only show up on a Job Board if they are already in a particular Station. When you clock onto a Job, you will be clocking onto that Station as well.

1. Click the green/blue Clock On Job button

1. From here you will have 3 options available - Clock onto Whole Job, Clock onto One Part, and Clock onto One Line Item
   • Clock Onto Whole Job - This will clock you onto all labor parts for the entire Job and will split the usage evenly among those parts when your time card has been closed.
   • Clock onto One Part - This will clock you onto all instances of a particular Part that are found on your Job and will split the usage evenly among those parts when your time card has been closed.
   • Clock onto One Line Item - This will clock you onto all labor parts for one specific Line Item and will split the usage evenly among those parts when your time card has been closed.

1. If you choose to Clock Onto One Part, you will be provided with a condensed list (no duplicates) of the labor Parts that are found on your Job
2. You will notice on the Job Details card an Est. Labor and Recorded Labor section below the Clock On Job button. This is to quickly show you what the estimated labor was calculated at, as well as how much time is currently recorded towards that Job.

1. Click the green/blue Change Job button

1. From here you will have 3 options available - Clock Off Whole Job, Clock onto Another Part, and Clock onto Another Line Item
   • Clock Off Whole Job - This will clock you off all labor parts for the entire Job and will split the usage evenly among those parts when your time card has been closed. You will be prompted to choose a station to clock onto, as this is not the same as clocking off completely for the day. You would do that from the main time clock page.
   • Clock onto Another Part - This will clock you onto all instances of another Part that is found on your Job.
   • Clock onto Another Line Item - This will clock you onto all labor parts for another specific Line Item.
