This is a general how to guide for setting desired paths for your exports

Select Set up>Reporting Set up

Select the menu associated with the location you choose to run the report, ie Quick Reports>GL Exports for Quickbooks. Then drill down to your desired report.

From this screen you may remove any reports you do not wish to see or run by unchecking the 'Show On Menu' box.

Otherwise, select the Options Tab.

Click on the Show Detail button under the Save Icon. This will cause the drop down to show the detail and allow you to access the browse button or paste the file path into the box. If this is not the desired location, click Edit on the right hand side of page and enter the correct path. Click Save on the right hand side, and voila, you have mastered the art of the File Path!
