If you are upgrading a version of Production Terminal or WebView that uses ASP.NET 2.0. Generally this is any release on or after 5/28/2010 for Production Terminal and after 10/15/2010 for WebView.

• Ensure you have the latest .NET 4.0 Framework installed from http://www.microsoft.com/net/
• Follow the steps in asp.net_iis_registration to register .NET with IIS.
• Open the Control Panel and click on Administrative Tools, then open IIS.

In Windows 7, Administrative Tools is located under Control Panel > System and Security.

* Select the Production Terminal or WebView website, right-click and select Properties.

• On the ASP.NET tab, ensure that the ASP.NET version is at least 4.0.30319 and click Apply.
• Click Yes to restart W3SVC (IIS) if prompted to do so.
• Retry accessing Production Terminal or WebView.
