Another program is currently using this file.

This error appears to occur when a Client PC Control users has Write and Read access to the Control.exe file.

To resolve the issue immediately:

1. On the server, open Computer Manager and click on Open Shares.
2. Locate the user which has Write + Read level access in the Open Mode column.
3. Be sure this user is aware and has already tried to close Control first.
4. Right click and close any open Control related files that user has open.

To resolve the issue permanently:

1. On the server, navigate to the Control folder where the Control.exe file is located.
2. Right click on the Control.exe file and select Properties.
3. Set the Write permission to Deny for all users.
4. Click Ok.
5. Have all users re-start Control.
