Broken FedEx ShipManager Integration

Issue: The Integration option on FedEx ShipManager's menu has disappeared.

Cause: A path or other configuration option in ShipManager's configuration files is incorrect. If the customer has recently changed from a 32-bit OS to a 64-bit OS, it is likely because of the difference in program file locations (Program Files vs. Program Files (x86) ).

Solution: Call FedEx technical support @ 877-339-2774 and have one of their techs connect to the ShipManager machine to correct the configuration. The configuration file formatting changes based on ShipManager version, so correcting the file yourself is not recommended without a fair degree of familiarity with their setup.
