To save a file from your Control Cloud Folders (Documents or ReportExport), please follow these steps:

Note: File sharing will need to be turned on in Settings / File Sharing.

  1. Open Documents Folder or ReportExport Folder in the dashboard.
  2. Press Ctrl + Click on the file you want to copy to your local drive and choose Copy.
  3. Click the dropdown in the address field.
  4. Click Documents. If it doesn't show, type Documents and press Enter.

  1. Click the This PC dropdown in the address bar and select the home on

  1. Navigate to the folder you would like to save the file to.
  2. Press Ctrl + Click and choose Paste to copy the file to your local drive.
