Setting Localization Defaults

Navigate to Localization Setup:

  1. In the Admin Panel, click Settings.
  2. Click Localization.
  3. Choose a Default Country. This will populate the Preview panel with the system defaults for this country.
  4. Choose a whether the system should Validate Phone Numbers, if applicable.
    1. North American Dailing Plan - This option will format phone numbers as (555) 555-5555 x123
    2. Don't format when not 10 digits - This option will not format phone numbers after 10 digits
