The user has Control configured to use the Internal email option. No emails are going out. No error may be thrown or various socket connection errors may be thrown.

Check if the User's email provider or server requires SSL encryption. If they do, Internal mail cannot be used. The User will have to install a full version of Outlook on any machines that will be sending mail. Outlook Express or Windows Mail will not work.
