You can use the Production CloudApp (PrCA) to add Production Notes to an Order from the Job Details card

How to Add Order Production Notes

  1. Use either the search tool at the top of the app to find the Job you are looking for, or locate it on a Job Board
  2. Once you are on the Job Details page, click/press on the Actions section located in the middle of the page
  3. You will see a section labeled Add Production Notes. Click/press on this section.

  1. You will see the current Order Notes, as well as the Order Production Notes. To add more Production Notes, click on the plus symbol on the upper right of the notes text field.

  1. Type your notes into the field and click/press the Add button to append your notes to the Orders existing notes
