This page describes the recent changes made to Service Ticket and Line Item Instruments.

Some customers have expressed a desire to cut down on the number of steps it took to change the Station and Assigned To on Line Items. Cyrious implemented a modified design of the Service Ticket and Line Item Instruments to allow users to do this on multiple line items with one click.

  1. Open a Dashboard and add a Service Ticket or Line Item Instrument. Note the Group option that has been added, as well as the new fields for Change Station and Assign To.
  2. If only one item needs to be changed, click on it to highlight the line, then set the desired Station and Assign To, and click Update.
  3. If multiple items need to be changed, click the Group button to activate Group mode, then select all the items to be changed. Once those have been chosen, set the desired Station and Assign To, and click Update.

Select All and Unselect All buttons have also been added next to the Group button.

Users can also perform this action while in Service Ticket or Line Item Explorer. Simply put the explorer in Group Mode and go to the Action menu, then select Change Station and Assigned To, then make the desired changes and click OK.
