The logo you specify under Setup | System Setup | Address & Logo is appearing stretched, squished, or smaller than expected. The logo was created using the 400 x 300 pixel recommendation however the logo does not appear in the proper dimensions on the report.

• The logo appears stretched, distorted, squished, or small when previewing reports.
• In some cases the report may print correctly, or when saving to PDF it may appear correctly.
• Some client machines have the issue while others do not experience the problem.

The early version of Crystal Reports XI DLL's were known for causing this issue on some systems. A new revision of the Crystal Reports XI DLL's provide a resolution to this problem.

Every system will need to be installed with the most current version of the Crystal Reports XI DLL's in order to resolve the issue fully.

1. Download Crystal reports below.

1. Open the “Control Panel” and choose “Program or Features” or “Add/Remove Programs” on any effected computers.
2. Locate and Uninstall a program named “Cyrious Setup” from the list of installed programs ( the version number is 1.0000). Be sure that you only uninstall the program with this exact name, do not uninstall anything named “Cyrious Control” or “Cyrious Credit Card Service”.
3. Install the version of Crystal Reports you just downloaded above.
4. After installation, re-open Control and verify that the logo issue has been corrected.
