A Partial User is a limited use user that can perform only specific production-related activities in Control.
Setting Up Partial Users
- Open Control with a user with rights to employee setup.
- Click on Setup | Employee Setup
- Click on the User that you wish to make a partial user.
- Click on Edit User
- Check the option Partial User and click OK
- Repeat these steps for any other user you wish to set as a partial user.
Partial User Security Rights
Access rights for Partial Users are fixed and may not be changed. They have access to the following areas in Control:
